Dear Unity Friends,
Periodically Unity conducts a survey to have feedback on how the church is doing. The information shared guides our ongoing growth, improvement and deepening our capacity to fulfill our mission. This year’s questionnaire is a community centered tool for self evaluation inspired from Unity World Wide Ministries. The approach is different from other years’ evaluations because it explores all areas of the ministry. It explores the community from the ministers’ and board’s points of views as well as from a personal perspective that encourages individuals to consider how they participate in creating a successful ministry. Feedback and input garnered through this process supports a journey of continuous growth and active participation in the ministry.
We appreciate you taking the time to fill out our survey. You don’t have to be an active member of the church to give us feedback. All are welcome.

When you ask the question how many times have you attended? It doesn’t allow for watching on YouTube.
Genie, Thanks for this feedback. We’re going to see if we can change the survey to reflect that issue.
I love Unity and greatly respect our ministry and Board volunteers. They are truly amazing people, and I honor their commitment to our Unity community.

Hello I agree the survey says nothing about if members are attending on YouTube more so when they are not presently physically at the location of the church for Sunday service
