I am taking the Prayer Class / Chaplain Training. The reason I that decided to take this course is to better understanding what prayer is and to find my passion/ purpose now that I am now an adult orphan.
One of the assignments is this:
1. Read “Prayers of the Cosmos” by Niel Douglas-Klotz.
In this book, is different English translations of the original Aramaic.
2. Take the translation of each line of the Lord’s Prayer that resonates/ speaks/ moves/ ect. and write them down to form a version that harmonizes with you.
3. Share with the class.
I will share with you my version.

The Lord’s Prayer My Cosmic Prayer
Our Father which art in Heaven
Name of names, our small identity unravels in you, you give back a lesson.
Hallowed be thy name.
Hear the one sound that created all others, in this way the Name is hallowed in silence.
Thy Kingdom come.
Desire with and though us the rule of fruitfulness onto the earth.
Thy will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven.
Unite the crowd within in a vision of passionate purpose: light mates with form.
Give us this day our daily bread.
Give us the food we need to grow though each new way, though each illumination of life’s needs.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
Compose our inner, stolen fruit as we forgive others the spoils of their trespassing.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Keep us from hording false wealth and from the shame of help not given in time.
For thine is the Kingdom, and the Power, and the Glory forever.
To you belongs each fertile function: Ideals, Energy, Glorious harmony – during each cosmic cycle.
