When our old church operations program, called Membership Plus, stopped working in early 2020, it gave us the opportunity to update and upgrade our software. The new software is called Servant Keeper. It’s a great base for building our community together.
One of the best things about it is the Membership Portal. Now, you can access all of your information via the web including things your contact information, your photo, volunteering that you’ve done and currently do, leadership positions held, classes being offered that you are taking or want to take, and more. You can also see your history of monetary giving to Unity .
As each of us updates or enters our information, everything that you want to share with your community will be in a password-protected online directory. You can opt to share all your contact details (name, phone numbers, address, email address etc.) or just your photo and address, or any items that you are comfortable sharing in our community. It’s a great way to be able to connect with one another.
How to Join
You will need a direct invitation from us to sign up, if you’re new to Servant Keeper. Just send an email to us at email@example.com to let us know you would like to add your information to the data base. We will reply with login info. The password and logon is for you only. Once you create a password you can access your information at https://servantkeeper.com/
