Elaine will present a music-inspired lesson on the teachings of Religious Science founder Ernest Holmes, author of the seminal New Thought book Science of Mind.

Elaine has followed the Science of Mind path for 25 years. The teachings are closely aligned with those of Unity. Holmes’ writing details how people can actively engage their mind in creating change throughout their lives. Explanations of how to pray and meditate, heal oneself spiritually, find self-confidence, and express love led Holmes to believe Religious Science is “a philosophy, a faith and a way of life.”

Elaine is joined on bass and ukulele by her husband James.

Elaine will also lead our 6:00 pm OneSong Service with a combination sacred chant kirtan and concert.
