What does Pilgrimage Mean to You?

The Way of Saint James, or the Camino de Santiago was one of the most important Christian pilgrimages during the later Middle Ages. Most people associate the pilgrimage with Spain, but the Camino Francés, or French Way, was one of the most popular routes for medieval Christians, with its starting point at the Tour St Jacques in Paris.

Karen Albrecht and Barbara Yeme have been exploring the ancient route through Paris and into its outskirts and they are happy to share some of their journey, in stories and pictures, with us. Join us to explore together the way of the pilgrim. The talk itself is approximately 30-40 minutes, with time after for questions, conversation and sharing.
