a positive path for spiritual living

The Miracle of Meditation

The MIRACLE of MEDITATION:
The Path to Freedom From Suffering

a very special afternoon workshop with
Ramananda John E. Welshons

Join us for an afternoon of deep inner peace and serenity. The core of the Buddhist path is meditation. It is a simple, easy to learn practice of tremendous benefit to one’s physical, mental, and emotional health – and a wonderful tool for improving the quality of life, enhancing the depth of spiritual practice, and increasing happiness and peace of mind.

This workshop is open to beginners and experienced meditators. We will experience several rounds of Mindfulness Meditation (Vipassana) and tools for integrating meditation into daily life. You will learn practices that can be used to reduce stress at home, and in your professional life. Participants complete this workshop feeling refreshed and restored, with deepened inner peace, and an enhanced ability to deal with the challenges of life in the twenty-first century.
