Feel rejuvenated and revitalized.  Find new levels of relaxation and calm. All levels of experience welcome- including armchair yoga, and absolute beginners. Led by band member and Kundalini Instructor Jai Hari Meyerhoff, Answer the Muse will lead you through a journey of yoga presented with live music. Called by practitioners, “the yoga of awareness”, Kundalini aims “to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak the truth and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal.”

Answer the Muse is more than music – more than theater – more than a spiritual experience – it’s a group that you will want to see over and over again, as they take you on a journey of transformation and real joy! Out of Ithaca, the group  defines itself as “Indie Rock with Yogic Soul”.  Performances sparkle with original songs, rock cover songs remade – fused with yogic chant and audience participation that includes breathwork, movement, dance and meditation in theme based sets.
